How to place order?
* Please note before placing an order, not all goods may be in separate boxes. Because sometimes the goods we receive are only bubble packing, or more often there are 2-4 pieces of goods hidden in a carton.
* After the order is placed, cancellation/modification of the order will not be accepted, such as changing the delivery method, the purchased product, the order and other requirements will not be accepted.
* After placing the order and completing the payment, please check whether the registered email address has received the physical photos and order confirmation from us.
* For all mailed orders, we will email physical photos (including defective locations-if any) to customers. If the customer has any questions about the physical goods, please raise them within 3 days after the EMAIL is issued. Otherwise, all known defects of the guest will be assumed to have been accepted by the guest. We will ship the products in order 3 days later (excluding holidays)
* If you have not received the order notification email, please contact us to arrange a reissue (please check the Junk Mail Box first).
* If you choose to pick up the goods at the store, please wait until you receive the arrival email notification before picking up the goods at the store.
* The self-pickup order is valid for 7 days. Failure to pick up the goods at the store within 7 days will be regarded as a discarded order. We will automatically cancel the order without any notice or refund.
