** All goods picked up in the store will be personally inspected by the customer before leaving. Therefore, no return or exchange application will be accepted.
** For all mailed orders, we will send a physical photo showing the condition (including all visible defect) via registered email. If customer have any inquiry about the real goods, please reply us within 3 days. Otherwise, all known defects will be assumed to be accepted by the customer. We will arrange the shipment 3 days (not including holiday) after the email sent. Therefore, no return or exchange application will be accepted in this case.

** For all mailed goods, if customer finds any problems after receiving the goods (excluding the above-mentioned situation, man-made damage or shipping risk), please submit a return or exchange application via email or station letter (upper right corner of the page) within 7 days.
** Please keep all original packaging and Label of the parcel. For Local (HK) customers, in order to avoid damage or loss by using courier, please bring the goods to our Kwun Tong showroom personally for further inspection. We do not accept the return or exchange by express delivery.
